To keep your boots clean and in good condition while trying them on, we suggest covering the hoof with thin plastic and then checking the fit on a clean, dry surface that won’t scratch the sole. It will feel different to the donkey and may cause it to move slightly differently for a while. Always build up gradually as needed.
