Horse, dust and airways

Airway problems such as coughing, asthma and allergy are in the top 3 of most common problems in horses. And not all coughs are due to an airway infection, including dust, allergy or an old airway infection can be the cause.

Do you have a horse that cough, even if it is "only" once when warming up? Then it is very important to do something about it! Your horse lungs are very sensitive and a single cough soon develops into chronic cough, with great risk of serious problems.
