Spavin is osteoarthritis of the ankle joint, and osteoarthritis is unfortunately an irreversible process, so our products cannot cure it. But they can help relieve pain and possibly swelling.
Often with osteoarthritis there is also an inflammatory reaction, and with some horses a cooling gel, with for example Arnica and or MSM, is also a nice, relieving help.
Of course, light therapy, such as the Vetcare or the Equine LTS heel brace is also a good option! In fact, light therapy often has a tremendous effect as pain relief for splash and inflammation.
