Fly mask Midi with ears - a comfortable fly mask, adjustable behind ears and under jaw, and with more than 70% UV protection!
Equilibrium paid a lot of attention to the details when developing their fly mask. Consider the (horse) anatomical ears and the elastic piping of the mask, which ensure that the mask fits closely to the head, to keep flies out. This makes the mask not only effective against flies, but also comfortable for your horse. After all, a fly mask is worn for many hours a day.

The Equilibrium masks are made of two types of net. A strong and UV protective net over the eyes and nose, which can block more than 70% of harmful UV rays. The darts and strength of this net ensure that the net provides ample space for your horse's eyes and eyelashes. The part behind the ears and around the jaws is a more flexible mesh type, for extra comfort.
Comfort is important, especially if your horse has to wear the mask for many hours a day. That's why the Midi mask has 2 Velcro closures for an individual fit, one under the jaw and the other behind the ears. In addition, the yellow piping is elastic so that the mask fits properly and the masks have a soft cushion on the bridge of the nose and forehead, for extra comfort for your horse.
The ears in the Equilibrium makers are 'horse-shaped' and have plenty of room for longer or wider ears. You can easily fit an Equilibrium nose piece to the Midi masks, which you can also find here in the shop.
Even though the net seems very tightly woven over the eyes, the visibility is still very good. Your horse can easily see through it and is well protected against sharp sun rays.
Tip
Equilibrium Fly Masks are available in different variants, for example the Max, the Midi with or without ears, loose nose protectors, riding masks and nose nets and even a mask especially for donkeys!
The Midi masks with ears are available for small ponies up to and including large horses! Normally your horse will need a size that is equal to the size of his halter and/or bridle, but for an extra check you can use the size chart below.
