Barrier Cream is a thick, protective ointment that helps build the skin barrier and the skin's natural protective function. The Barrier Cream is suitable for all vulnerable skin areas anywhere on the horse's body and can be applied with great effect in the horse's pasterns as protection against sore throat.
Vitamin E, Allantoin and Aloe Vera strengthen the skin, soften scabs and prevent scars. Organic willow extract strengthens the skin's own bacterial flora.
Barrier Cream is applied to the skin 1-2 times a day. Make sure the skin is dry and free of infections. Barrier Cream also protects the skin against moisture and dirt from the environment.
Nathalie's tip: The Barrier Cream is super effective against scabs in the pastern cavities. Massage a good layer onto the affected area and allow the ointment to soften the scabs, making them easy to remove.
