Air-One Inhaler

The Air-One is a nebulization system for the treatment and prevention of respiratory problems in horses.

After colic, respiratory diseases are the most common form of internal disease in horses. And it is not only during the cold season that you can hear coughing and spluttering in the stable. The causes of acute or chronic cough in horses can be varied, for example viral infections, allergies to dust, grass or pollen, or a poor stable environment.

The Air-One Inhaler is ideal for all these respiratory diseases such as (pollen) allergy, (chronic) cough, chronic bronchitis (COB), fungal spores and/or dust in the lungs of horses and much more. Inhalation at rest ensures optimal moistening of the bronchi and ensures that the medicines reach more easily the place where they can be useful.

Air-One Inhaler for horses consists of an inhalation mask with nebulization chamber, which nebulizes to a particle size smaller than 5 microns. Only particles smaller than 5 microns can reach the trachea, bronchi and alveoli.

• Nebulized output up to 15 ml/min and 2-5 ml/inhalation
  
• Particle size between 0.5-6 microns
  

The Air-One inhalers can be used very well in combination with Bitop Equi Lung or Herbal Liquid, but all water-soluble medicines can be nebulized in the Air-One.

If you buy an Air One or Air One Flex, contact solution and medicine cups are included, which are normally sufficient for approximately 1 year of use for 1 horse. Everything is packed in a sturdy transport/storage box.

Don't forget to buy extra saline solution (0.9% NaCl) and possibly inhalation fluid, such as Bitop Equi Lung, Herbal Liquid, Silvaplex or Immunosan.
