How do you use an Effol Ice-Pack?

The bag contains a water bubble that you have to press to break. Shake the sachet to mix the contents. The bag immediately becomes cold, so you can hold it against the desired spot.

• Squeeze the bag to activate it
• Shake it lightly to mix the contents
  
• Place it directly on the affected area
• We always recommend placing a thin piece of fabric between the (thin) skin and the bag to prevent frostbite

Effol Ice-Packs are for single use and the bag is thrown away after use.
