Equilibrium QuickChill Cooling Blanket with neck
The new QuickChill blanket now has a removable neck and an even larger cooling surface.
Smart, effective cooling without the horse getting soaking wet – perfect for hot days, after training, during transport – or when no running water is available.
The blanket works immediately after activation – just wet it, wring it out and place it on the horse. Cools down to 5.9°C without soaking the coat.

This is how QuickChill works
The horse is warmer than the blanket - so the heat naturally moves from the horse to the blanket. At the same time, the water evaporates from the blanket and provides extra cooling, just like sweat does.
The cooling surface is shaped in such a way that it covers the large muscle groups on the neck, back and hindquarters - the rest of the blanket is made of light mesh for optimal ventilation and breathability.

Two variants
It original QuickChill model is still available for those who prefer a simpler model without a detachable neck.
Material
The blanket is made of a special high-tech material with an open cell structure that absorbs and retains water without leaking. The water gradually evaporates and cools effectively – without the horse getting soaking wet.
This is how you use it
Place the blanket in a bucket of water until it is completely soaked - Wring out the excess water - Place the blanket on the horse – done!
Can be reactivated again and again by simply getting it wet again.
You can activate the blanket at home and take it with you in a plastic bag - it will stay moist all day.
NB: In very humid weather the effect may be reduced - just like with normal sweating.

How long does the cooling effect last?
The rapid cooling usually takes at least 10 minutes – and in a stable environment up to 2 hours. When the blanket feels warm, it can easily be reactivated with water.
Can I use it during transport?
Yes – perfect during breaks, during traffic jams or after arrival. Not suitable for long hours of transport without reactivation.
Can I put him on a wet horse?
Yes, you can put the QuickChill blanket on a wet horse.
The blanket can be washed in the washing machine at 30 degrees. Allow the blanket to air dry - not in the dryer or near a direct heat source.
