LED light therapy pad with red, infrared and blue light - accelerates healing and recovery and relieves pain. 

In one Equine LTS 3.0 all 6 strands are identical with a total of 108 diodes, with all 3 frequencies placed in each diode (red 660nm, blue 450nm and infrared 850nm). 

In addition, these LED strands high power, which ensures a large spread of light, combined with extremely high performance. That's why the treatment time shorter, a maximum of only 3 minutes on a horse's leg and a maximum of 5 minutes on larger muscle groups.

This Equine LTS path used 3 different types of LED light in each diode, with very specific wavelengths. Blue light with a wavelength of 450 nm affects the skin, has an antibacterial effect, reduces scars and can increase hair growth. It deep red light has a wavelength of 660 nm and penetrates the skin and penetrates slightly deeper into the tissue. It infrared light (at 850nm) in the pad is not clearly visible to the naked eye, but it penetrates deepest into the tissue.

All three lights in one Equine LTS Pad work together to create the best conditions for the cells to regenerate and to significantly speed up the body's healing process!

How does it work?

The photons released by the light pass through the cells of the body and are absorbed by mitochondria, the 'powerhouse' of the cells, where ATP (energy) is produced. The photon stimulates the production of ATP and this energy is metabolized in the muscles and bones, as well as in the skin. This significantly accelerates normal tissue healing and reconstruction.

How to use an LTS?

Place the LTS on the desired area with the lights facing the skin and the logo facing up. The area must be clean and dry. Turn on the power/battery for about 3-5 minutes. If necessary, move LTS to a new area.

The Equine LTS has 2 Velcro closures for easy application on, for example, the horse's legs. With the help of the 2 supplied elastic bands with Velcro, the LTS can also be easily used on, for example, the horse's back - but also think of the abdomen, neck, nape of the neck or crotch. 

The treatment time is only 3 to 5 minutes, so you can simply hold the LTS yourself while it does its work on your horse. This way you can also best protect the LTS if your horse moves during the treatment.

The Equine LTS 3.0 has a front made of neoprene material, making it easy to clean with a damp cloth. The back is made of dirt and water-repellent Teflon.

Inflammation

There can be many causes of inflammation: trauma, arthritis, sprain, infection, etc. The red and infrared light in LTS helps reduce this type of inflammation.

• In case of trauma, it is important to always contact a veterinarian who can assess the injury. Afterwards, treatment with LTS can accelerate healing and reduce the risk of infection. 

Pain
Pain can have many causes: trauma, arthritis, sprain or muscle pain. The red and infrared light reduces pain relatively quickly, both pain due to acute trauma, but also chronic pain due to arthritis, for example.

• In case of trauma, it is important to always contact a veterinarian who can assess the injury. Then, the area can be treated with LTS to reduce the pain of the injury.
  

Post-operative

The most important thing after surgery is that the wound heals quickly with minimal scar tissue. Treat yourself with the Equine LTS After surgery, the healing of the surgical wound will be accelerated deep into the tissue, so that the wound can heal from the inside. The risk of infection is significantly reduced and the formation of scar tissue is also reduced. The blue light in LTS is bactericidal and helps the skin recover quickly and stimulate hair growth.
